Port to Adwaita About Dialog

Mattia Formichetti requested to merge IlChitarrista/metronome:adwaita-about-dialog into master

This MR is based on !55, it updates the runtime to GNOME 46, requires Adwaita 1.5 and ports the AdwAboutWindow to AdwAboutDialog.
I didn't update the Cargo.lock; if the runtime bump needs to be handled separately it can be dropped.
