Load lockscreen plugins in tests

Guido Günther requested to merge guidog/phosh:lockscreen-plugins-test into main

We suggested that in !1359 (merged) so let's do so for the lockscreen plugins too.

While at that allow to keyboard navigate to the plugins page and update to gmobile 0.0.6.
