Adds Graphs to hebbot config

Hey,

This adds Graphs to the hebbot config file. Please let me know if there's anything that should be changed, I don't know if there's a preferred order so I just added it to the end of the third party projects section. Also, does this automatically link Graphs to my TWIG post? Do I need to do anything else to make sure it "syncs" correctly with my post in the upcoming issue?
