calendar: Rename "Upcoming releases" header, add link to online calendar

The data the "Upcoming releases" table is generated from can contain both upcoming and past releases. Rather than do any filtering or splitting the list, which would mean the page has to be re-generated regularly (daily?), instead rename the header to "Release dates".

Restore the link to the online calendar that the release pages on the wiki included.
