gnome-control-center: Reword Strings in Accessibility -> Typing
Taken from #73 by @sven.puschmann:
I'm also a bit unhappy with the wording of the items there. None of them have verbs to describe actions - which means it's harder to understand - less intuitive.
- "Tasten_wiederholung" -> "Tasten _wiederholen"
- "Klebrige Tasten". My first thought here goes to a glass of sweet cola spilled on the keyboard and now all keys are sticky (yuck!). I know, the original and common English text is "Sticky keys" with the same mental image. Competetive analysis: Other operating systems and Linux desktop environments use the same English term but translate it better to "Einfingerbedienung" (MacOS, iOS), "Einrastfunktion" (Windows, ElementaryOS' Pantheon, Linux Mint's Mate and Cinnamon) and "Einrastende Tasten" (Linux Mint's XFCE). IMHO a translation using the term "einrasten" is most common in German and thus expected by users. "_Zusatztasten einrasten" matches best to the other items in this list.
- "Tastenver_zögerung" -> "Tasten ver_zögern". Help text should be changed to "Tasten müssen eine bestimmte Zeit gehalten werden, bis sie akzeptiert werden." (taken from XFCE)
- "Springende Tasten" (Will they bounce right out of the keyboard when pressed?) -> the correct technical term is "entprellen" -> "Ta_sten entprellen" Page "Vergrößerung" (yet another tricky one): agreed. I have some doubts whether this item should be placed alongside the other list items, but that's another topic to be reported.
