Fix broken links, once deployed

The links present in the A community driven by passion section are broken in the actual deployed site, but when it is ran locally, the links work.

So modified contribution-tyes.html and added | prepend: site.url in the link tag so it prepends the site url to the given links Fixes #56 (closed)
