Steps to reproduce:
With any image large enough to support the redeye tool, but smaller than the window at full size, view the image in a PhotoPage.
Invoke the redeye tool.
Apply a redeye region and observe the results.
Notice that the preview pixbuf is inappropriately resized to fill the window.
