propertiesView: Do not propagate natural height

Sophie Herold requested to merge wip/sophie-h/properties-natural-height into main

Propagating the height resulted in new window dimensions not fitting to images. Use ScrolledWindow instead of PreferencesPage to have control over propagate-natural-height.

Probably conflicts with !82 (merged) so merge that first.
