Since https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/tracker-oci-images/-/merge_requests/28 the container images set 'USER tracker', so privileged ops like installing packages are no longer possible during testcases.

So, gdk-pixbuf is added to the base images in https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/tracker-oci-images/-/merge_requests/38.
