Fix for gtk4-demo-application on macOS

Restores the proper menu labels on all systems and adds the Application menu backon macOS.

The menu labels were wrong and the extra application menu was missing on systems that have "gtk-shell-shows-app-menu" enabled. The custom Application menu was restored but the default macOS Application menu can be set as well. The about action is changed from a window to an application action as is usually the default behavior.
