What happened
When a menu in Gnome Shell is open, the action of a keyboard shortcut or a trackpad gesture is not executed
What did you expect to happen
The menu to be cancelled and the action executed
Additional info
This issue was tested in a VM with the current build of Gnome Shell 40 (!1547 (closed)) with keyboard shortcuts and is also present.
