apps: Fix mnemonics of rows from Removable Media section

Not sure if !1948 will get merged in time for 46, so I submitted this MR.

Main changes

  • apps: Avoid using repeated letters for mnemonics
  • apps: Use activatable_widget property in several rows from Removable Media section

Closes #2673 (closed)

Other changes

  • apps: Add mnemonic to Default Apps row
  • apps: Use header capitalization in some row titles from Removable Media section
