Bluetooth Settings Redesign
One pillar of the design initiative to tackle all things bluetooth is a redesign of the Bluetooth panel, which if implemented should make headway on solving a bunch of outstanding issues:
in Settings itself:

Design Goals
Here are the current designs which largely overhaul the navigation of the panel with some main goals that were informed by all the outstanding problems:
- bring the panel up to par with the current design patterns
- increase the relevance/usefulness of the panel to focus on devices that are currently connected, and make managing those the priority of the main view
- to reduce the number of dialogs the panel spawns and present the meaningful information about your connected devices in a more usable way as a subview of the main panel
- to make the pairing process more intuitive and not weigh down the main view by constantly scanning or looking to pair with other devices when just doing some simple task related to already connected devices
