I accidentally broke gtk-doc in !224 (merged)
I'm also sneaking a meson version bump in df9b0c93 to prevent unexpected behavior now that we committed to the way meson-0.52.0 does things. Since jhbuild uses 0.52.0 it seemed like a safe thing to do.
