gsettings: Add 'dump/load' DConf's equivalents

Since you moved away from DConf for Flatpak (or you suggest so), it would be more than welcome (not talking that dconf is not part of the Platform package in the Flatpak) to provide en equivalent of the DConf's dump and load calls, thus one can backup and restore the settings.

From the dconf --help:

dump Dump an entire subpath to stdout
load Populate a subpath from stdin

To be clear, I'd like to have it in the gsettings tool, not in the GSettings object.
