Resolve "Regression: 2-page document page placement in dual view"

Nelson Ben requested to merge 669-regression-2-page-document-page-placement-in-dual-view into master

when opened first time in Evince, to avoid gap pages when displaying in dual mode.

Fixes a regression as in the past it was working properly.

This MR makes document use odd-left, but checkbox shows unchecked, that's another bug that's fixed in merge request !84 (merged) . So for a perfect behaviour both MR's should be applied.
