app icon: new, simplified globe

As discussed in #1216 (closed), this replaces the weird mirrored cursor with a new, simpler, and more colorful globe :)

Ignore the mis-rendered symbolic here (app icon preview doesn't handle transparency in symbolics well), the real one looks better :)
