Update Keyboard Shortcuts page

Ghost User requested to merge (removed):helpoverlay into master
  • Add Help and Keyboard Shortcuts entries to Keyboard Shortcuts page
  • Add KP_Add and KP_Subtract support for zoom in / zoom out actions
  • Add Show Menu shortcut (F10) to the Keyboard Shortcuts page
  • Put forward Ctrl+question as the shortcut of Keyboard Shortcut page
    • Due to recent gtk changes (gtk!307 (merged)) devhelp still support both ctrl+f1 and ctrl+question but puts forward the second as the main shortcut.
  • Add Previous / Next tab shortcuts to Keyboard Shortcuts page
