non-modal window can end up on a different app's workspace
Found on: The video player Daikhan has a dialogue that is displayed whenever a video that was previously opened is opened again, and asks whether one wants to resume at the previous position.
While this dialogue should be modal (and seems to be in their main
), if it is not (as seen in their current stable release), the shell shouldn't put it on the workspace of the app used to open the video, such as Nautilus, but instead onto Daikhan's, or if that is not possible, at least on a new, empty workspace.
