Fix gnome43 core and mutter errors

The gnome-shell.bst and muttter.bst are using verdre and a forked repository which causes a blue screen to appear post setup and the phone to freeze. This fix reverts gnome-shell and mutter to copy the repos used from the original gnome-43 branch.
