Update GTK2 to 2.24.33 release - eliminates need for 2 of our patches

Following my previous commit, a local rebuild of gimp dependencies from scratch highlighted that a second of our GTK+ patches was unnecessary, as the change it made is now applied upstream (in GTK 2.24.33)

This merge includes both commits.
