update gtk+ to 2.24.33 and remove patch that's been applied upstream

GTK team have published GTK+ 2.24.33. This includes one fix we were patching previously.

Let's update to this new version and drop the patch.

Tested in local build - requires subsequent rebuilds of gtk-mac-integration, webkit and gimp modules.
