Spawn command errors are unhandled
Bug
Setting an invalid command as a shell command will prevent users from ever opening new Black Box windows.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open Black Box
- Open preferences > Terminal > Command
- Check "use custom command"
- Set custom command to something invalid
/usr/bin/fish-invalid
Expected Outcome
Opening new tabs or new windows should work, but instead of spawning the shell, an error should be presented to the user.
no such file or directory: /usr/bin/fish-invalid
Actual Outcome
New tabs and new windows close immediately.
