About dialog blocks input to all other windows
Bug
When the About dialog is open in one Black Box window, all other Black Box windows refuse to accept input as if they also had an About dialog open.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open two Black Box windows, A and B
- Open the About dialog in A
- Attempt to interact with B (type, open new tab, highlight text, resize window, etc.)
Expected Outcome
Interaction with B will process normally.
Actual Outcome
B ignores all interaction.

It's possible that this is the "intended behavior" of GTK, but I still think it's odd. Evince 43.1 behaves like Black Box does, but Nautilus 43.0 does what I'd consider the more sensible thing and allows interaction with other windows if one has the About dialog open.
