ui: use the pplication name in the menu entry

• It's common that the about entry of an app contains the app name
• Use accelleration for menu entries

data: Update POTFILES

• Add thee missing files

data: Drop fr translation in metainfo.xml

• These string are reduntant. GNOME Software creates translated entries from the PO files.
