New app icon

Adds a new app icon with GNOME's visual style. Some changes which need follow-ups:

  • I've added a symbolic. This needs to be included in the build process somehow.
  • I've added a logo. Just remove the project avatar in the repo settings, and GitLab will apply the logo.png file automatically
  • The icon has a new variant for development builds. This also needs changes to apply properly (needs to be added to the build process, and the app id needs to be set programatically and used as an icon identifier throughout the app). You decide for yourself if it's worth it or not. Other apps have implementations that can be used as references.
