Quick menu becomes invisible with bottom pannel
Summary
Quick pannel submenus are invisible when the pannel is at the bottom, thus making them unusable.
Steps to reproduce and bug
It will happen when the pannel is set to be on the bottom and one opens the system status area (I believe that's the name, i mean the right-most clickable part of the pannel with wifi, bluetooth and sound icons). To see the bug, one has to just go and click on any of the arrows that some of the icons display, like the wifi icon (but not only). This will triger the visual bug.
When this is done, the whole menu will oftentimes just become invisible, making it unusable. I mean "become invisible" because the menu doesn't close, and clicking anywhere o the screen can close the wifi quick access submenu, thus making the whole thing visible again. Making a screenshot would either show the menu without the arrow submenu or the completely invisible menu, only a video could show the behaviour properly.
This only happens with the pannel on the bottom (wich is actually the main just perfection fuctionnality for me) in vanila gnome. I experieced it both in Ubuntu 23.10 (yes, with vanila gnome 45) and fedora workstation 39 (also gnome 45), both on a T480 thinkpad laptop.
Other Enabled Extensions
I usually use other extensions that appear on the menu such as "quick bluetooth connect" or "caffeine" but the proble remains without any other change than just perfection moving the pannel to the bottom.
Versions
Just perfection version 27 on gnome 45.2.
