Draft: Implement history_box

I don't know how to make the button appear as the mock-up, yet.

TODO:

• Make releases appear in the correct order
• I am not particularly happy about adding a new field to the package details struct to be able to load packages
• GTK4 issue where the window can't be closed after the first time a window is closed.
• There is some duplicated code introduced in release.ui
• ~~Adjust the height of the window for packages with 1-2 releases (there is white space right now to fill the ~480px of height)~~ This is not an issue according to Felix
• Button stlye does not match mockup
