Remove duplication of app_id

Andrei-Costin Zisu requested to merge azisu/envelope:remove_duplication_of_app_id into main

Minor deduplication of app_id.

But I don't like it, because there's app_id in Cargo.toml which then becomes base_id and then ultimately becomes application_id based on some arcane rules. This will likely go away with #12
