Remove the sections on using VSCode and online editing in GitLab:

* Sadly making a change online in GitLab is too hard for newcomers. You
still have to generate an SSH key, upload it, fork the project, and so
on. I don't think we can recommend it with all that complexity.
* Also, sadly the VSCode extensions for Sphinx and reStructuredText seem
unreliable.
