Link to Gnome Developer Gettting Started tutorial

Gnome Developer Gettting Started tutorial contains GTK4 (and libadwaita) app building tutorial for JavaScript. I think GJS Guide should link to it. It seems that the sidebar is the right spot to add it, considering the gtk4-gjs book is already there.
