Migrate to VuePress v2

With VuePress moving to v2 (in alpha beta) it seems high time we migrate to v1 v2, actually.

The biggest improvement is that we don't have the entire VuePress theme stashed in this repository anymore. Instead we simply extend it!

VuePress v2 only supports Algolia search, but I ported a basic Flexsearch component 😇
