docs: remove Feature Compatibility page

We've been equivalent to SpiderMonkey for a long time, probably since the last time this page was updated.

If someone wants this back and discovers this commit, the GJS NEWS file can probably be machine-parsed, given how consistently the maintainer has documented the addition of language features.
