Add guideline with simple explanation of data storage
I think it makes sense for some extensions to be storing data, and the obvious thing to do is require extension to use the standard XDG directories like ~/.local/share/<extension@domain.tld>/
and so on.
Some files might get left behind after uninstall, but that's true for applications as well. We can point to a few common directories like data, cache and config with a simple example.
