build: Remove autotools

Iñigo Martínez requested to merge inigomartinez/libgepub:remove-autotools into master

Some applications (totem, gnome-disk-utility, ...) are moving completely to meson by removing autotools. Just in case this option is considered, these changes remove autotools as build system.
