A couple of fixes to backend/README.md

Just a couple of things I needed to change from your exact instructions to be able to run the backend. I'm not sure about the first commit, where I changed from backend.models import ... to from models import ..., although the rest of the instructions seem to assume that you are in the backend/ directory.
