WIP: In App notification for Undo of deleted clip

Will fix #10 (closed) , Designed UI, and created basic codebase.

WIP, Idea is to pop up an in-app notification of UNDO, after a user deletes clip(s). After a timeout or if a user dismisses, then only actual delete. Till then, remove from listBox...
