Reorder logic of unlock_database.ui

Maximiliano requested to merge msandova/PasswordSafe:remove-grids-unlock-db into master

Orders the file to follow a tree structure. For a satisfactory continuation, i.e. to turn Unlocked DB into a Template and to complete this program, the notification system should be reworked to be able to remove the overlays in this file.
