WIP: Use hdy action row

Initial implementation, until I get to work the secondary mouse buttons this is nothing but a proof of concept. At the moment

• They can't be accessed with {left,right}-click
• Variable names are off

Depends on !354 (merged)

Closes #108 (closed)

It would be preferable to have !313 (merged) instead.
