Sync authors in Cargo.toml and About window

Casper Meijn requested to merge caspermeijn/read-it-later:sync_authors into master

Use one list for authors in Cargo.toml. Reuse that list in the about window.

This causes the e-mail of authors to be clickable in the about window.
