Move to pretty env logger

Julian Hofer requested to merge Hofer-Julian/podcasts:move-to-pretty-env-logger into master
  • it increases readability
  • adjustable by setting an env var

Sideeffects: Before log level was always info. Now it is only during the build (so practically only when it is executed with Builder)

Slightly off-topic: Is it necessary that org.gnome.Podcasts.json lives in this repo? Isn't enough that a release manifest exists here
