Non working days show as free in Resource Usage

Description
When non-working days fall between the finish of a predecessor and the start of a successor the Resource Usage view shows a resource as being free (green, as in unused). If the user is trying to use the Resource Usage view to "fill in the gaps" wrt assigning tasks to available resources then these non-working days are not really available days for the resource to do work. Unless of course you work for Lumbergh, who wants you to come in on Saturdays.
Another way of looking at this is if the calendar is greyed out for a resource then the resource usage bar for that resource should be greyed out as well.
Other information: To see what I'm talking about, create a plan with one resource which uses a calendar with at least one non working day, and at most 7 one-day tasks. Assign all tasks to the one resource. Switch to the Resource Usage view and notice how the composite usage bar has green (available) sections for the non working days.
