Dependency lag days does not respect the calendar

Description
The dependency lag should take into account the default calendar and do not count the weekend days as lag days.
Easier to see in an example: You have 2 tasks of 1d work and mark a dependency from A to B with a lag of 3 days.
A -> B (3 days)
The wrong plannig says: Planning (Project starts on Thursday): Thu: A Fri: - Sat: - (weekend) Sun: - (weekend) Mon: B
The plannig should say: Thu: A Fri: - Sat: - (weekend) Sun: - (weekend) Mon: - Tue: - Wed: B
