event: Improve text in "Disable backup schedule?" confirmation dialog

Use header capitalization and don't use a period in the body text, as per HIG guidelines[1]. Also:

  • Update the body text writing style to improve consistency with other confirmation dialogs
  • Add mnemonics !266 (merged)
