dialogSetup: Redesign

Remaining issues/questions

• Clarify floating buttons (design)
• Move some error messages to the detail stage
• Command line options button currently only visible in local view, we need two and they need to be kept in sync
• Test / bugfix the existing location flow
• Figure out a few margins
