Use an AdwSpinRow for Beats per Bar Selection

This MR introduces a new design for selecting the number of beats per bar. Instead of the old UI with radio buttons for 2, 3, 4, or 6 BPB, we now have an AdwSpinRow beneath the BPM selection area allowing free choice from 1 to 9 BPB.

Closes #1 and #12.
