appdata: Update appdata
- Add vcs-browser and translate URLs
- Add categories and keywords
- Mark the developer name as untranslatable
- Remove the one of purism tags to validate appdata
appdata: use appstreamcli for appdata validation
appstream-util is obsoleted by appstreamcli.
