Added dsd filetypes

I added the corresponding file extensions and mime types to utils_files.py. The flatpak from the pipeline runs but I can't open the files because shared mime info isn't released yet. This should work but I am unable to install shared-mime from master in a toolbox container. Any help for testing purposes would be appreciated!
