Update the last played time of a track when it finishes rather than begins

Christian Perreault requested to merge cperreault/lollypop:last-played-time-when-finishing into master

I propose this change that aims to keep a more accurate playing history when songs are skipped. In other words, a song can really be considered played when it is played until its end.
