Modernize AppStream ID

This patches adds the recommended <launchable> tag and removes the unnecessary ".desktop" from Lollypop's appstream ID, which is deprecated. This will allow it to match between distro sources and Flathub (where they enforce this), allowing software center apps like GNOME Software and KDE Discover to de-duplicate them when multiple sources are available.
